Omnipotent Legal was not commissioned by a product team. It was built by the lawyer who needed it.
Mehmet Topluyıldız is dual-qualified at the Istanbul Bar and the Bar of England & Wales (SRA-registered), with an LL.M. in International Trade Law from City, University of London, and more than a decade in cross-border commercial law. He has advised on over $250M in contracts, managed more than $50M in disputes, and structured three active joint ventures across Türkiye, Hungary and Egypt.
That matters because it inverts the usual relationship. Omnipotent Legal is built by a buyer, not a vendor — every safeguard exists because its founder refused to put his signature on output he could not defend in cross-examination.
