Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Draft — pending legal review before launch.
This Privacy Policy explains how Omnipotent Legal — a product of Topluyıldız Legal Co. (Beşiktaş, İstanbul) — collects, uses and protects the personal data you provide through this website. It is written to satisfy both the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This website is informational and is the marketing front for the product; the product application itself is governed by a separate service agreement and its own data-processing terms.
1. Data controller
The data controller (veri sorumlusu) for this website is Omnipotent Legal, a product of Topluyıldız Legal Co., based in Beşiktaş, İstanbul, Türkiye. You can reach us at [email protected] for any matter relating to your personal data.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to give us through the demo-request form on this site. That form asks for your name, your work email address, the name of your firm or organisation, your role, the jurisdictions you practise in, and a free-text message describing what you would like to see.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors. Where we measure traffic at all, we do so with privacy-first, aggregate analytics that avoid storing personal identifiers wherever technically possible.
3. Why we process it (purpose)
We process the data from the demo form for a single purpose: to respond to your demo request, to understand your practice well enough to prepare a relevant walkthrough, and to follow up about that request. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without a separate, clear opt-in.
4. Legal basis
Under GDPR, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated — and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(a) consent for any optional follow-up communications. Under KVKK, processing rests on Article 5: the establishment or performance of a contract you requested, our legitimate interests balanced against your rights, and your explicit consent (açık rıza) where the law requires it.
5. Where your data is stored
Demo-request data is stored using Supabase, with an EU region intended for hosting. We keep the data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting conversation, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Personal data is protected in transit and at rest, consistent with the security posture described elsewhere on this site.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and the corresponding GDPR provisions, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold data about you, to access it, to correct it if it is wrong, to erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and — where applicable — to receive it in a portable form. You may also withdraw any consent you gave at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the periods required by KVKK and GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVK Kurumu) or your local EU supervisory authority.
7. Contact
For any question about this policy or about how your personal data is handled, contact Omnipotent Legal at [email protected]. This document is a draft and will be finalised after legal review before public launch.
