- Subscription Agreement Accepted at sign-up Subscription agreement governing use of the Omnilegal service: licence, fees, intellectual property, artificial intelligence output disclaimer, confidentiality and termination terms.
- Distance Sales Agreement Accepted at sign-up Distance sales agreement governing the online purchase of an Omnilegal subscription from Topluyıldız Danışmanlık A.Ş. under Turkish Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
- Data Processing Agreement Accepted at sign-up Omnilegal Data Processing Agreement between the firm as controller and Topluyıldız Danışmanlık A.Ş. as processor under KVKK article 12 and GDPR article 28.

- Explicit Consent and Commercial Communications Accepted at sign-up Omnilegal explicit consent and commercial electronic message approval. Optional, opt-in consents under KVKK and Law 6563; withdrawal and opt-out at any time.
